IJA are the initials of Iyad, Jad, and Alissar — the three children of our founder, Gregory. The company was built to last beyond its founder. That's not a tagline. It's the org chart.
Gregory brings more than two decades of experience building and operating telecommunications infrastructure in Ghana. He has run an ISP, managed complex enterprise network deployments, built proprietary monitoring infrastructure, and developed deep expertise in VoIP, security, and managed services.
IJA Technologies was founded to do things properly: carrier-agnostic, transparent, with monitoring that actually shows what customers experience — and a team structure built for long-term account relationships, not transactional sales.
